By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions:

- You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes, and provide all images to me, Heekco.

100% of the payment up front - Paypal only, please do not send any money until instructed to.All current commissions are being paid in for GBP (and USD where a conversion will be made).Nothing is refundable unless I am unable to finish the piece.Do not request a commission when you are aware you cannot afford it.If the commission has been fully completed, you cannot request a refund - 0% of the payment will be refunded.No inappropriate/controversial flags on reference sheets/headshots/icons.Your commission will begin up to one week from the receipt of the initial payment. The final piece will be delivered within a further three to four weeks, depending on feedback/amendments.I reserve the right to sign or watermark my work. A full resolution image will be sent to the commissioner via email, however, my watermark will remain on the artwork.I am not financially responsible for clients relationships/friendships etc. Refunds will not be issued in the case of a character changing owners, being "taken back"/revoked etc. Please do not involve me with your personal affairs, as there is nothing I can do to aid you.I retain all copyright over my work, which includes reproduction, the use of the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.I hold the right to refuse selling a commission to anyone.Please do not claim my work as your own.Thank you for reading!
